Very pleasant to listen to and was  informative. She even had additional updates that were just made added to her presentation, which to me means she goes up and beyond her job, not just reading the materials and changing slides. Thank you.

Lots of specific points to help with facilitating patient payments and clear balance due communication. Making me rethink our value to certain processes we have in place and considering change surrounding those.

I will recommend this program to others. Taya was very informative of how to look at A/R denials in a different way. She also  mentioned educating the staff, educating the front desk the life cycle of a claim and volunteering at front desk. It is better to have everyone informed as Team effort.
