Standard Service Offerings

  • RCM Assessment: A high-level review of a client’s current revenue cycle challenges and opportunities where client desires to improve efficiency, optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify actionable opportunities. This includes a high-level assessment of revenue cycle performance using data in the client’s practice management, scheduling and/or clearinghouse systems to identify performance across the revenue cycle.


  • Foundational Assessment -  An RCM based assessment for groups who are newer to revenue cycle strategy and want to understand their RCM health at a high-level.  


  •  Precision Analysis -  An RCM based assessment for groups who have a moderate understanding of their revenue cycle but are ready for a more preventive and strategic approach.  


  •  Pinnacle Optimization -  This is for groups that know their revenue cycle is well-functioning but need support either with innovative approaches to optimization or with deep-dive assessments into highly specific areas to curate a culture of optimization throughout the organization.
